Owns billing-related customer support, including invoice questions, payment issues, disputes, renewals, and dunning communications. Maintains enterprise subscriptions and billing details in Stripe, investigates usage discrepancies through internal dashboards, coordinates with Sales and Finance, completes vendor onboarding, and processes company vendor invoices. The role also improves billing documentation and helps ensure accurate, complete customer invoicing.

Own exchange onboarding, licensing, agreements, reporting, and relationship management for 100+ exchanges. Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, compliance, and commercial teams to enable dataset launches, ensure licensing compliance, manage subscriber/audit reporting, drive pricing and usage policies, facilitate customer onboarding, and improve exchange administration processes.
