Hold overall accountability for the successful, on-time launch of customer integrations.
Grow, manage, and lead a global team of Integrations Project Managers who oversee cross-functional Integrations Teams (R&D, Engineering, Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and People & Culture) to plan, execute, and manage customer integrations around the world.
Optimize use of the company’s collective resources in the planning, execution, and management of integrations.
Hold the Executive Team, our functional leads, and integrations teams accountable by driving alignment of our overall integration strategy and our portfolio and pipeline of integrations with our business objectives.
Focus customer-facing teams towards the best solution for the customer’s and Apeel’s business needs, utilizing broad and specialized knowledge to recommend solutions and incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches where appropriate, as well as ensure customer site readiness for Apeel integration.
Establish best practices and champion continuous improvement and innovation in our integrations approach and execution to gain strategic value and competitive advantage (e.g., reducing timelines, pulling ‘waste’ and bottlenecks out of the integrations processes, and looking for opportunities within the customer’s operations to deliver added value).
