Participates in an 18–24 month training program to develop plant leadership skills through hands-on manufacturing operations, equipment operation, personnel management, administrative processes, operational reporting, staffing support, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires relocation after training, strong leadership and analytical abilities, and physical readiness for industrial plant conditions.

Manage daily manufacturing and packaging operations, supervise production teams, coordinate labor and equipment, develop schedules, and ensure productivity, quality, safety, and output goals. Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, manage budgets, monitor performance using operational reports, maintain SOPs, and train and develop employees.
