Lead themed entertainment, attractions, and hospitality projects from proposal through completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, teams, contracts, and client relationships. Develop scopes, fees, schedules, labor plans, and forecasts; coordinate architecture, interiors, engineering, specialty consultants, and creative teams; identify risks and resolve complex project challenges; use Deltek Vantagepoint and other PM tools; and support business development activities.

Lead design and technical documentation for themed entertainment and attraction projects across all phases. Produce sketches, 2D/3D models, BIM coordination, exterior massing, material and envelope research, and construction administration. Coordinate with landscape, interiors, consultants, and contractors, participate in code review and on-site observations, and ensure quality within assigned project focus.

Lead themed entertainment and attraction architectural design from concept through construction, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure code compliance and QA/QC, mentor staff, manage project risks, and support pursuits and client collaboration.
