The Sales Development Representative will identify and research enterprise prospects, conduct outbound outreach, qualify opportunities, generate meetings for Account Executives, and build a consistent sales pipeline. The role requires researching business needs, engaging decision-makers, maintaining CRM records, supporting account-based campaigns, tracking performance, and translating technology capabilities into business value. The representative will collaborate with Sales and Marketing while developing expertise in the MOSAICS platform and enterprise technology markets.

Provides expert advisory, training, and consultative support to foreign governments on export controls and strategic trade systems. Responsibilities include developing legislation and procedures, assessing licensing and enforcement frameworks, conducting technical exchanges and exercises, delivering training, engaging government and industry stakeholders, and preparing recommendations and implementation roadmaps for partner countries in Latin America.
