Leads complex customer-facing programs through execution, financial management, risk and issue resolution, contract compliance, change orders, and service delivery. Coordinates cross-functional, offshore, subcontractor, and partner teams while managing schedules, budgets, requirements, quality, and customer satisfaction. Builds trusted customer relationships, identifies account expansion opportunities, and leads negotiations and recovery actions. The role requires regular work in the San Francisco Bay Area and domestic and international travel as needed.

Supports program managers by tracking schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, action items, and earned value. Coordinates program execution across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, delivery, and subcontracting activities. Prepares reports, briefings, presentations, meeting materials, proposals, and customer documentation while monitoring contract compliance, financial performance, and timely completion of program requirements.

Manages complex defense-program subcontracts throughout their lifecycle, including sourcing, solicitation, proposal evaluation, cost and price analysis, negotiation, award, administration, supplier performance, risk mitigation, dispute resolution, and closeout. Ensures compliance with FAR, DFARS, prime-contract flow-downs, and company policies while supporting proposals, program execution, audits, and supplier relationships.
