CSI Benefits Overview

Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues across lending applications, databases, servers, APIs, and integrations. Review logs, reproduce issues, execute queries, document findings, and collaborate with developers on resolutions. Support testing, releases, deployments, disaster recovery, and technical documentation. Communicate solutions to customers and internal teams, serve as a technical escalation resource, and mentor support staff.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, execution, and lifecycle management of CSI’s Commercial, Prepaid, and Secured Cards portfolio. Manage and develop Product Managers and Analysts, drive innovation, pricing, business cases, launches, and operational initiatives. Partner with engineering, architecture, marketing, sales, operations, executives, and financial institution customers. Guide Agile product delivery, governance, compliance, risk management, customer engagements, and payment industry strategy.

Lead strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management for CSI’s FedNow and RTP instant payments portfolio. Conduct market research, develop business cases, prioritize investments, and collaborate with architecture, engineering, marketing, sales, customers, and partners. Serve as an instant payments subject matter expert, support launches and optimization, represent CSI at industry events, and mentor product managers and analysts. The role requires deep knowledge of real-time payment operations, ISO 20022 messaging, settlement, liquidity, fraud prevention, and applicable banking regulations.
