CrossFit, LLC Benefits Overview

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for CrossFit’s Education products, including learner experiences, course registration, content delivery, learning platforms, and credentialing. Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Education leadership to prioritize investments, navigate legacy systems, improve measurement, run growth experiments, and deliver measurable learner and business outcomes.

Owns CrossFit Education partner relationships and contractual performance from negotiation and onboarding through renewals or exits. Manages agreements, obligations, compliance, partner communications, performance reporting, participant feedback, and corrective actions. Coordinates cross-functional teams across Operations, Analytics, Product, Content, Marketing, Finance, and Legal while tracking registrations, revenue, course volume, renewals, satisfaction, and partner commitments.

Leads CrossFit’s global affiliate business, overseeing network growth, retention, operational support, performance metrics, budgeting, and business model optimization. Partners across departments to improve value for affiliate owners, gathers field feedback, and develops scalable operating frameworks. Recruits and mentors the affiliate operations team while driving sustainable growth and operational excellence across the global network.
