Sell portable storage containers and roll-off rentals by prospecting and building long-term customer relationships. Work in the field (~70% time), manage a sales pipeline, secure recurring rental accounts, and coordinate with operations to deliver service.

Support month, quarter, and year-end close; prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements; ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls; analyze variances; assist audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting; partner with operations and leadership to inform business decisions.

Lead a small payroll team to accurately process multi-state payroll for 1,500+ employees. Oversee audits, reconciliations, tax withholdings, garnishments, and timecard reviews; resolve complex payroll issues with HR and Finance; improve procedures, maintain compliance with federal/state/local laws, and train payroll staff.

Support municipal compliance and recycling/diversion programs through data analysis, waste audits, reporting, community outreach, facility tours, and stakeholder engagement to advance sustainability goals.

Support daily collection operations by coordinating dispatch and route support, communicating with drivers/customers/vendors, processing invoices and purchase orders, tracking inventory and maintenance records, and providing administrative support to Operations and Fleet Maintenance.

Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable by processing vendor invoices, applying customer payments, researching and resolving payment discrepancies, communicating with vendors/customers/internal teams, maintaining financial records, and assisting with process improvements and special projects.
