Inspect, repair, replace, and maintain tires and wheels on heavy-duty fleet vehicles. The Tire Technician performs preventative maintenance, maintains service records and inventory, follows safety procedures, and supports fleet reliability in shop and outdoor environments. The role requires tire service or automotive maintenance experience, physical strength to lift up to 75 pounds, and a safety-focused approach.

Supports IT initiatives by gathering and documenting requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications, assisting with Salesforce implementation and custom applications, creating process flows and user stories, conducting UAT, supporting data migration and validation, troubleshooting rollouts, and developing training materials. Collaborates with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Processes vendor invoices and customer payments across AP and AR. Researches discrepancies, resolves account issues with vendors, customers, and internal teams, maintains accurate financial records, and supports process improvements and special projects in a fast-paced environment.

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple businesses, properties, and financial entities. Responsibilities include AP and AR, payment processing, account reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end close support, financial reporting, record organization, and documentation for CPAs and tax professionals. The role requires extensive QuickBooks and Excel use, strong confidentiality, accuracy, organization, and independent work.

Maintains accurate and timely financial reporting through journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, and month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities. Ensures GAAP and internal-control compliance, analyzes variances, supports audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting, and partners with leadership and operations on financial decisions.

Sell portable storage containers and roll-off rentals by prospecting and building long-term customer relationships. Work in the field (~70% time), manage a sales pipeline, secure recurring rental accounts, and coordinate with operations to deliver service.

Support municipal compliance and recycling/diversion programs through data analysis, waste audits, reporting, community outreach, facility tours, and stakeholder engagement to advance sustainability goals.

Lead municipal recycling, organics, and waste diversion programs to ensure compliance with state mandates (e.g., SB 1383). Manage municipal partnerships, serve as company representative to city/regulatory stakeholders, design outreach and education, supervise a team of Sustainability and Outreach Specialists, and use project management and data analysis to drive diversion and greenhouse gas reduction goals.
