Provide analytics and data-driven insights for CoverMyMeds clients, prioritize work that drives commercial outcomes, build relationships with account teams, apply statistical and predictive methods, monitor portfolio health, deliver client-facing visuals and recommendations, support complex requests and escalations, and inform strategic decisions across product, analytics, and operations.

Leads Technical Operations Support, managing advanced Tier-2 support, incident command, escalation management, service restoration, production diagnostics, and controlled remediation. Establishes operational standards, develops team capabilities, coordinates major incident response, partners with engineering and SRE teams, manages vendor escalations, and drives continuous improvement. The role requires participation in a structured 24x7 on-call model.

Leads the FastAuth software engineering team, owning technical direction, delivery across multiple workstreams, team health, hiring, performance management, and career development. Partners with architects and cross-functional stakeholders on TypeScript, React, .NET, Azure, and event-driven architecture. Drives scaled agile planning, delivery metrics, AI tooling adoption, organizational health, and resolution of cross-team priorities while supporting continuous software delivery.

Build and scale full-stack healthcare applications using TypeScript, React, and/or .NET on Azure. Design event-driven integrations, translate complex requirements into technical solutions, support production systems, and contribute to planning and design reviews. Lead through mentoring, code reviews, pairing, and technical problem-solving while delivering software predictably. Preferred experience includes healthcare applications, EHR and FHIR integrations, RPA, CI/CD, automated testing, and open-source contributions.

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations using Databricks and Azure. Transform and model large structured and unstructured datasets to support reporting, analytics, and operational needs. Implement data quality, monitoring, and governance; troubleshoot pipeline performance; collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior engineers.

The role involves designing authentication and authorization solutions, integrating applications with identity platforms, and maintaining security practices within identity services. A focus on collaboration with Security and Product teams is important.

Lead technical strategy and architecture across multiple engineering teams, drive platform and developer productivity, promote engineering best practices (quality, reliability, security, observability), advance AI-enabled engineering, mentor senior engineers, and contribute hands-on to complex distributed systems, integrations, and cloud-native solutions to improve organizational engineering outcomes.
