Develops workflow processes and systems with minimal supervision while maintaining professional communication and organization.

Leads enterprise security governance, risk management, and compliance activities. Conducts security risk assessments, maintains the security risk register, supports HIPAA and PCI compliance, evaluates third-party vendors, develops security metrics, reports risk status to leadership, maintains security policies, and drives remediation strategies.

Sell and promote the organization's laboratory services to prospective clients within a defined territory. Develop new business, achieve annual sales and profit goals, maintain client satisfaction from go-live through handoff, and support the Sales & Marketing Director on strategy, market expansion, and sales training. Collaborate on special projects to improve service delivery and offerings.
