Manage PC systems contract manufacturing operations including assembly, configuration, testing, and fulfillment. Oversee operations team and vendor relationships, coordinate cross-functional resources (supply chain, engineering, procurement, QA, logistics), maintain SOPs and KPIs, drive continuous improvement, support NPI, and manage change orders and cancellations.

Build and execute paid social strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue across multiple brands. Launch, monitor, and optimize full-funnel campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Reddit. Own KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV), run creative tests with the creative team, segment audiences using first-/third-party data, analyze performance, produce reporting decks, and support budget forecasting and platform innovation.
