The Project Accountant supports construction services accounting under the Division Controller. Responsibilities include project setup, monthly billing, job cost tracking and reconciliation, contractor and vendor payments, financial reporting, bank and general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, WIP calculations, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The role is hybrid in Ontario, California, and requires collaboration with construction and design project managers.

Designs and manages mechanical engineering projects from conception through completion. Produces construction documents, plans, calculations, and reports for HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, fire protection, and fuel systems. Conducts site investigations, coordinates multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants, supports clients, manages budgets and schedules, and assists with RFIs, addendums, and change orders. The role requires coordination with architects, engineers, and construction project managers.

Supports nationwide electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects from kickoff through closeout. Coordinates engineering, construction, utility, vendor, and client teams; tracks schedules, permitting, procurement, budgets, inspections, construction, and energization milestones. Reviews project documents, prepares status reports, maintains records, supports site activities, identifies risks, and assists with change management, compliance, and client communications across multiple active sites.

Manages permitting and regulatory compliance projects from application through approval. Responsibilities include preparing permit applications, responding to agency comments, interpreting regulations, tracking deadlines, coordinating with clients and internal disciplines, mitigating risks, maintaining agency relationships, reviewing junior staff work, and improving processes. The role requires specialized retail petroleum and underground storage tank permitting experience, with air quality permitting experience preferred.

Leads mechanical engineering projects from conception through completion, including HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, fire protection, and fuel systems. Manages client relationships, proposals, contracts, budgets, schedules, project profitability, quality control, risk mitigation, and multidisciplinary coordination. Produces and reviews construction documents, ensures code and client compliance, mentors engineering staff, and supports business development. The role may be fully remote within the United States or hybrid from a company office.
