Responsibilities include processing accounts receivable transactions, student payments, deposits, refunds, loan checks, EFT disbursements, financial aid postings, past-due accounts, and collection calls. The role also greets students and visitors, answers phones, orders supplies, enters data, and maintains financial and administrative records. Requires customer service, organization, confidentiality, attention to detail, cash-handling, and basic Microsoft Office skills.

Leads a Radiologic Technology program by overseeing operations, accreditation compliance, curriculum, faculty development, student success, clinical partnerships, budgeting, scheduling, and program evaluation. Provides didactic and clinical instruction, prepares students for the ARRT examination, monitors academic outcomes, supports at-risk students, maintains records, and manages faculty performance and professional development. Ensures safety standards and fosters relationships with healthcare organizations and community stakeholders.

Manages the nursing skills lab and simulation curriculum, including equipment inventory, purchasing, maintenance, simulation design, faculty training, student instruction, tutoring, remediation, and evaluation. Maintains academic records, supports student success and graduation activities, chairs the Simulation Committee, collaborates with campus departments, and ensures current nursing education and simulation practices. The role requires an active California RN license, an associate nursing degree, and three years of clinical experience.
