Provides coaching, succession planning, and organizational leadership while partnering cross-functionally, managing budgets, representing the organization to major supporters, and advancing annual and long-term fundraising goals. Requires Christian faith alignment, extensive fundraising expertise, executive communication, analytics proficiency, and up to 50% travel.
