Administers and supports enterprise banking applications, including configuration, maintenance, monitoring, patching, deployments, upgrades, UAT, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and security compliance. Requires at least seven years of progressively responsible IT infrastructure, enterprise software administration, and application support experience in banking or financial services.

Reviews and dispositions transaction monitoring alerts, analyzes AML scenarios, validates transactional data, identifies suspicious activity, verifies KYC/CIP/CDD information, and escalates cases. Provides guidance to junior analysts, documents decisions, communicates with internal departments, monitors regulatory updates, and supports investigations and special projects while maintaining BSA/AML compliance.

Coordinates and executes bank marketing communications, advertising campaigns, digital marketing, email campaigns, events, website updates, and promotional initiatives. Manages creative agencies and vendors, reviews marketing compliance, produces reports, supports branches, monitors campaign performance, and supervises a Marketing Assistant. The role also provides administrative and project support while ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Leads the bank’s enterprise information security strategy, governance, risk management, cyber resilience, incident response, third-party risk oversight, regulatory compliance, security controls, audits, and security awareness programs. Reports material risks and program performance to executive management and the Board while directing cybersecurity teams and coordinating with regulators, auditors, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
