Lead Cohere’s Data Foundation pillar, managing a team responsible for the full data lifecycle. Own the roadmap, BigQuery warehouse, Airflow and Cloud Run orchestration, dbt modeling, Looker and API serving, Terraform infrastructure, governance, access controls, reliability, incident response, and data freshness SLAs. Lead development of an agentic analytics platform and evaluation framework, establish company-wide analytics standards, and partner with product, engineering, security, legal, and business teams.

Design and scale Cohere’s Model Vault backend and inference platform. Lead architecture for authentication, deployments, billing, metering, customer lifecycle, and cloud control-plane services. Build reliable distributed systems with strong guarantees for security, privacy, consistency, isolation, observability, and failure recovery. Drive technically complex initiatives from threat modeling and architecture through implementation, production rollout, operations, and iteration at enterprise scale.

Own and evolve Cohere’s Waypoint design system across Figma and production code. Responsibilities include maintaining component libraries, design tokens, documentation, sync tooling, and component packages; partnering with designers and engineers; making architecture and versioning decisions; and exploring how AI models can consume design systems. The role also supports accessibility, multi-platform systems, and design-to-code workflows.
