Cogility Software Benefits Overview

Cogility covers 100% of the cost for employees and 30% for dependents of our base health plan, which is Anthem Silver PPO. Employees also have the option to upgrade or downgrade their coverage. Cogility also covers 100% of employee's dental, vision, and life insurance costs. Employees receive 15 paid vacation days, 5 sick days, 8 paid holidays, and 1 floating holiday each year. We offer a 401(k) retirement plan for employees, and the company matches part of what you contribute, following a safe harbor rule.
