Oversee daily operations at a cloud kitchen facility, including team scheduling, training, order fulfillment, sanitation, customer support, restaurant partner onboarding, sales tours, retention, KPI reporting, P&L management, facility inspections, minor repairs, and vendor coordination. The role is onsite in Los Angeles and requires collaboration with restaurant partners and internal teams.

Own the full B2B sales cycle for restaurant operator partnerships, from outbound prospecting and qualification through discovery, negotiation, and close. Build and manage a pipeline through cold calling, email, field prospecting, and multichannel outreach. Maintain Salesforce records, develop customer relationships, handle objections, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a high-activity environment.

Generate and qualify top-of-funnel leads, conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social), enter and maintain Salesforce records, perform early sales qualification, support market research and assist AEs for smooth handoffs and negotiation shadowing.
