Own the strategy, roadmap, discovery, development, launch, and adoption of a supply chain orchestration product. Translate customer workflow gaps into scalable capabilities across ERP, WMS, TMS, EDI, APIs, and trading partner systems. Partner with engineering, UX, architecture, data science, sales, and customer teams to make prioritization and technical decisions. Identify and evaluate AI use cases, measure business outcomes, and present product decisions and results to executives.

Own Cleo’s application and product security program across SaaS and customer-hosted products. Lead SSDLC practices, threat modeling, security tooling, vulnerability management, penetration testing, coordinated disclosure, CVE publication, and NIST CSF controls. Define product security standards, roadmap, secure defaults, access controls, and customer-facing advisories. Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and customers while guiding security engineers and consultants. Also establish protections for LLM applications, AI agents, and AI-assisted development workflows.

Oversee scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, forecasting, and resource management. Lead planning sessions and delivery meetings, communicate project status, and help improve PMO best practices. The role focuses on cloud-based, integration-oriented solutions, with EDI, MFT, data movement, or file transfer experience preferred.

Responsibilities include maturing the SSDLC, threat modeling, security scanning, vulnerability triage, penetration testing, coordinated disclosure, CVE management, product security controls, customer-facing advisories, and NIST CSF evidence. The role also leads security enablement, roadmap prioritization, AI security reviews, and hands-on exploit reproduction and patch validation while guiding engineers and security partners.

The Solutions Architect leads technical pre-sales for supply chain integration solutions. Responsibilities include customer discovery, end-to-end architecture design across ERP, WMS, TMS, and trading partner systems, product demonstrations, POCs, RFI/RFP responses, ROI articulation, and AI capability consulting. The role partners with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and Professional Services while creating reusable demonstrations and solution assets.
