Join Clayco as a Construction Project Engineer supporting large, design-build projects ($30M+). Coordinate architects, engineers, and subcontractors; manage schedules, budgets, and costs; assist project forecasting and execution; build client relationships; mentor interns and new staff; perform site work (walk sites, climb ladders/scaffolding); travel nationwide. Safety-sensitive role with background check and drug testing.

Support BIM/VDC workflows from design through project completion: facilitate 2D/3D coordination, model missing content, perform 4D/5D schedule and cost analyses, run clash detection and assist conflict resolution, and produce material quantity take-offs for estimating.

Support project safety by developing and enforcing the project safety program, conducting orientations and weekly inspections, facilitating training, investigating incidents, maintaining safety records, coordinating with subcontractors, and promoting a zero-injury culture on construction sites.
