Associates support financial management, document control, scheduling, quality and safety, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and bid preparation while participating in training, jobsite tours, mentorship, and a leadership capstone project.

Entry-level rotational construction role for students graduating in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027. Responsibilities span project management, field management, project development, estimating, budgeting, purchasing, quality control, safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and business operations. The role requires active construction-site participation, stakeholder engagement, business development, and talent recruiting. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, accountability, communication skills, construction interest, and willingness to work extended hours in physically demanding conditions.

Provides hands-on construction site safety experience by implementing safety programs, promoting occupational health and safety education, conducting jobsite inspections, tracking compliance metrics, reporting performance, and supporting planning for high-risk activities such as crane lifts, hazardous materials, fire prevention, and evacuations. The full-time summer program includes training, mentorship, jobsite work, and a capstone project.

Supports construction safety, health, and environmental programs across active jobsites. Enforces safety standards, coaches employees and trade contractors, develops project-specific safety programs, identifies hazards, conducts site walks, reports performance, helps plan complex safety activities, and coordinates third-party safety reviews including OSHA. The role requires frequent jobsite presence, physical activity, adaptability to demanding environments, and flexibility for extended hours during critical project phases.

Leads MEPF systems preconstruction, focusing on electrical and low-voltage systems. Reviews designs and construction documents, prepares cost and labor estimates, conducts value analysis, develops project budgets and schedules, and evaluates trade partner bids. The role coordinates with designers, engineers, subcontractors, project managers, and field teams; manages scope, risk, and contract considerations; supports permitting and subcontracting strategies; and maintains cost and lead-time data. Occasional construction site visits are required.

Lead planning and scheduling for multiple commercial construction projects. Create and evaluate baseline schedules, monitor updates, cost and manpower load schedules, perform time impact analyses, report trends using analytics, develop bid schedules, deliver planning/scheduling training, and support corporate initiatives. Interface with owners, subcontractors, and operations, travel to sites, and recommend process improvements.

Lead MEPF (electrical/low voltage preferred) preconstruction: estimate costs/labor, drive value analysis, manage design reviews, develop RFPs/RFQs, supervise estimators, solicit and evaluate trade quotes, and support project cost/schedule development and risk management.

Lead day-to-day management of large construction projects: create and maintain project plans, manage contracts, change orders, procurement, schedules, finances, permits, safety, and stakeholder communications; recruit, train, and develop project teams; prepare status and close-out documentation; support proposals and client relationships.

Lead planning and scheduling for multiple commercial construction projects: develop and accept baseline schedules, monitor and update schedules, cost and manpower load, perform time impact analyses, analyze schedule impacts and trends, present schedules, deliver planning and scheduling training, and support corporate initiatives and reporting. Requires occasional site travel.

Lead preconstruction estimating and budgeting for multi-discipline construction projects: analyze drawings/specs, perform quantity takeoffs, solicit and evaluate subcontractor/vendor bids, manage risk and contract elements, supervise/train estimators, monitor estimated vs actual costs, and promote continuous improvement to win profitable work.

Lead and enforce project safety programs on active construction sites, mentor safety staff, develop site-specific safety plans and training, perform hazard identification and corrective actions, support OSHA reviews, recruit safety talent, and promote Clark’s safety culture to ensure safe project delivery.

Lead day-to-day project management for large construction projects: develop plans, manage contracts, schedules, procurement, permits, finances, risk, stakeholders, and safety; train and lead teams; coordinate close-out and participate in proposals and recruiting.

Lead and enforce project safety and health programs on a federal construction site, develop and manage site-specific safety plans (APP, AHAs), train and mentor safety staff, coordinate with field supervision and third-party reviews, and ensure compliance with EM 385-1-1, OSHA, and corporate policies to maintain a safe work environment.

Manage technical and engineering aspects of construction projects: coordinate clients, trade partners, architects and staff; handle submittals, schedules, procurement, change orders, material deliveries, document management, project closeout, training, and cost takeoffs to ensure accuracy, resource alignment, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead Altura's marketing strategy to drive growth, steward brand identity, manage budgets and agencies, execute ABM and digital tactics, produce technical thought leadership, track KPIs, and enable seller-doers with market intelligence and scalable proposal materials.

Lead enterprise-scale building automation system design, deployment, and management focused on Niagara 4. Develop technical strategy, program scalable Niagara supervisors and visualizations, manage enterprise Niagara networks, troubleshoot BAS communications (BACnet/IP and MS/TP), coordinate with clients and third-party integrators, and support analytics and optimization across portfolios with minimal field work.

Lead visual brand stewardship and art direction for proposals, presentations, and market materials. Manage a creative team, provide hands-on design and mentorship, streamline creative workflows, and produce data visualizations and interactive media. Partner with pursuit and operations teams, ensure design consistency and high-quality deliverables, and support occasional site visits and travel.

Support proposal pursuit teams through end-to-end proposal production: organize teams, write and edit RFQ/RFP responses, ensure compliance, design presentation materials, maintain brand standards and marketing databases, and travel occasionally to offices and construction sites.
