Manages daily dining room operations in a senior living community, including staff leadership, scheduling, training, service quality, cleanliness, sanitation, food presentation, inventory, and customer experience. Provides hands-on table service, answers menu questions, clears dishes, and assists with dishwashing while maintaining operational and budget standards.

Prepares therapeutic desserts, salads, and meal trays according to diet menus; serves meals to health center residents; sets up and breaks down dining areas; and transports food and non-food items. Requires effective communication, basic arithmetic, measurement skills, organization, empathy for older adults, and the ability to stand, walk, lift, and push carts throughout the workday.
