Manage software release calendars, schedules, readiness criteria, approval gates, rollback plans, and deployment coordination across development, testing, staging, and production environments. Partner with technical and business teams to confirm scope, dependencies, risks, and go-live decisions. Maintain release documentation, support post-release monitoring and issue resolution, and improve release management processes across concurrent engagements.

Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and database integrations. Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, integrate with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and external systems, and implement ALM, security, governance, DLP, and compliance practices. Provide technical documentation, training, audits, and support for emerging capabilities such as Copilot Studio.

Guide teams and organizations in Agile and Scrum practices, assess and improve Scrum maturity, remove impediments, facilitate collaboration and conflict resolution, support Product Owners with backlog management, and promote transparent communication. The Scrum Master also coaches teams using servant leadership and supports agile delivery through frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and XP.
