Maintains product codes and master data in SAP and GFIMS, monitors forecasts and inventory usage, identifies supply or delivery issues, and supports product launches through cross-functional communication with operations, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, marketing, and Korea Headquarters.

Leads digital transformation, e-commerce growth, enterprise system architecture, ERP/SAP implementation, and global technology initiatives. Oversees application and platform development, system integration, infrastructure scalability, security, compliance, and technology roadmaps. Manages and mentors technology teams while aligning IT strategy with business objectives, customer experience, operational efficiency, and international expansion.

Leads end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and Sales and Operations Planning. Develops strategies balancing service, cost, and efficiency; monitors logistics, inventory, returns, disposal, and stockout KPIs; identifies bottlenecks and risks; and supports ERP and supply chain system optimization. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, analytical problem-solving, project management, bilingual Korean and English communication, and expertise in SCM, logistics, inventory, trucking, or warehouse operations.

Leads on-site new store opening execution for franchise locations, coordinating setup, training, product preparation, equipment readiness, store standards, and operational stabilization. Supports franchisees and store teams, monitors performance and operational gaps, conducts store visits, coaches employees, manages corrective actions, escalates risks, and communicates progress to regional leadership. Requires regional travel of up to 75%.

Ensures procurement process and documentation compliance while supporting multiple sourcing projects.
