Leads complex mortgage quality assurance reviews, evaluates documentation and operational controls, identifies systemic risks, tracks and validates remediation, and coordinates audit, compliance, vendor, and examination responses. Serves as the Encompass subject matter expert, prepares quality reporting, leads process improvement initiatives, develops procedures and training, and provides functional guidance to mortgage staff. Requires advanced mortgage expertise, strong analytical judgment, regulatory knowledge, and independent management of high-risk reviews and corrective actions.

Leads corporate accounting operations, including financial close, general ledger integrity, consolidation, technical accounting, internal controls, SOX compliance, regulatory reporting, audits, and vendor payments. Manages accounting personnel, oversees complex banking accounts, supports SEC filings and tax activities, partners with IT on systems and automation, and drives process improvements. Requires strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, banking experience, CPA licensure, and significant accounting leadership experience.

Manages divisional and business-unit FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, profitability analysis, reporting, and sensitivity analysis. Advises executives and business leaders on corporate finance, resource allocation, strategic planning, and performance management. Leads process improvements through data and automation tools and supervises financial analysts. Requires strong knowledge of banking balance sheets, P&L structures, US GAAP, and advanced Microsoft Office modeling capabilities.
