Leads enterprise corporate communications, change communications, M&A integration messaging, executive communications, stakeholder engagement, reputation management, and governance. Partners with HR, Legal, M&A, leadership, and global teams to translate complex business priorities into clear communications strategies, materials, and engagement plans. Measures communication effectiveness using employee insights, analytics, and feedback while advising senior leaders on sensitive issues.

Serves as the strategic HR partner for a geographically dispersed workforce of more than 1,300 hourly employees. Leads onboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance management, engagement, retention, compliance, workforce analytics, and organizational change. Coaches operational leaders, oversees an onboarding analyst, supports talent and succession planning, and drives HR compliance transformation across multiple states. Partners with Legal, Payroll, Recruiting, and other HR functions while ensuring consistent employment practices and workforce effectiveness.

Serves as Chief of Staff to the Chief Strategy Officer and leads Strategy Enablement. Owns annual strategic planning, ELT operating cadence, executive projects, initiative tracking, board content, and AI-enabled workflows. Partners with senior executives across the organization, represents the CSO, develops a small team, and translates strategic priorities into coordinated execution and executive-ready reporting.
