Partners with Marketing and Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities, conduct consultative discovery, demonstrate AI and other solutions, and develop ROI-backed proposals. Qualifies and documents opportunities for CSM-led closing, ensures seamless customer handoffs, and shares customer and market insights with Marketing and Product. The role requires translating AI capabilities into business value, generating pipeline, and communicating effectively with technical and executive audiences.

Owns end-to-end feature release enablement, coordinating Product, Marketing, Sales, CX, Support, Engineering, and Technical Writing. Develops product knowledge, demo guidance, training, customer-facing readiness assets, and ongoing enablement programs. Builds and governs an AI skills library, measures enablement outcomes, identifies knowledge gaps, and feeds internal release feedback to Product. The role requires strong technical aptitude, communication, project management, analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Build scalable customer education programs, including structured curricula, e-learning modules, assessments, certification tracks, and in-product walkthroughs. Maintain accurate Academy and product education content as ChurnZero evolves. Collaborate with Product and Customer Education leadership, manage the content build queue, and measure outcomes such as support ticket deflection, self-service engagement, learner satisfaction, and product adoption. Apply instructional design, learning science, learner feedback, and performance data to continuously improve customer learning experiences.
