Provide paralegal support including drafting motions, subpoenas, guardianship and adoption paperwork, filing at courts, tracking writs and appeals, maintaining case files, coordinating with clients and agencies, attending hearings, assisting bilingual clients when applicable, and supporting attorneys with research, filings, and court preparation.

Provide legal representation for children in dependency proceedings: investigate cases, direct social work investigators, prepare motions/briefs, conduct courtroom advocacy, negotiate, coordinate services, and maintain client and case records while demonstrating cultural sensitivity and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Provide intensive legal representation to up to 60 youth/young adult CSEC clients in dependency court, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, coordinate with community and county agencies, develop provider relationships, assist policy team, deliver and receive CSEC training, and collaborate with the CLC CSEC team to ensure clients access services for transition from foster care.

Provide legal representation for children in dependency proceedings: evaluate cases, investigate facts, prepare motions and pleadings, litigate in court, negotiate, prepare witnesses, coordinate services (education, medical, mental health), and maintain case files, calendars, and timely reporting while demonstrating cultural sensitivity and collaboration with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
