Directs all operations at a manufacturing facility, including production, materials, engineering, maintenance, warehousing, logistics, and inventory. Owns operating plans, budgets, safety, quality, delivery, cost, capacity, and continuous improvement goals. Builds Lean Manufacturing systems, develops leaders, manages operational projects, ensures regulatory compliance, and coordinates with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and other sites to improve performance and support growth.

Designs and improves manufacturing processes, tooling, and work instructions to maximize efficiency, quality, and safety. Leads continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, manages equipment and facility projects, supports product launch and ECO/ECN changes, trains staff, and ensures OSHA-compliant, reliable production operations.
