Manages employee relations, benefits, performance reviews, HR policies, leave administration, PEO partnerships, recruitment support, onboarding, culture, and DEI initiatives. Ensures compliant, consistent processes across US and UK offices while serving as the primary HR partner for employees and leaders.

Leads complex design projects across branding, identity, packaging, environmental, print, digital, and motion design. Establishes creative direction, manages and motivates multidisciplinary design teams, develops strategic creative solutions, presents work to clients, oversees timelines and scope, and ensures quality control through final production. The role requires hands-on design expertise, strong client and communication skills, advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, typography and print production knowledge, and travel for client needs.
