Lead local demand-generation and brand marketing for West Division brands. Build and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, direct mail, TV, radio, SMS), manage agencies and budgets, analyze performance with advanced Excel and AI tools, provide weekly reporting and insights, and collaborate with operations to drive leads, revenue, and brand growth. Contract-to-hire role.

Lead the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate, timely vendor payments and expense reimbursements. Oversee invoice processing, payment runs, vendor records, month-end close support, reconciliations, audits, 1099 reporting, and continuous process improvements while strengthening internal controls and partnering with accounting and other departments.

Manage and optimize digital marketing platforms, lead AI-powered speed-to-lead integrations, and improve lead quality and response speed.
