Establish and lead Cenfire’s Applications Engineering function as the technical bridge between MEMS switch products and customers. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, guiding product evaluations and integrations, solving technical issues, creating datasheets, application notes, whitepapers, and presentations, defining test methodologies, supporting sales calls and design reviews, and developing scalable applications-support processes. The role is the first Applications Engineering hire and may expand into technical sales and business development.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn to create sales pipeline. Schedule discovery calls, maintain Salesforce records and documentation, communicate Cenfire value propositions, monitor competitors, and report weekly qualitative and quantitative results.
