The role manages account health, retention, product adoption, expansion opportunities, client transitions, workshops, and match-day support. It requires strong soccer analysis expertise, consultative communication, public speaking, commercial awareness, and extensive travel across North America. The specialist will also represent Catapult at industry events and provide customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
