Audits and reconciles mortgage collateral files, reports, documentation, exceptions, and inventory across custodians. Resolves missing or defective documents, tracks file movement, analyzes pool certification and recertification data, and maintains pipeline reporting. Collaborates with custodians, vendors, and clients to resolve exceptions, support certifications, maintain process documentation, and provide reporting to senior management. The role is fully onsite in Orange, California.

Supervise mortgage liquidation staff handling short sales and deeds in lieu transactions. Oversee negotiations, investor approvals, compliance, foreclosure postponements, escalated calls, audits, reporting, and variance exceptions. Support timely resolution of borrower and real estate transactions, manage department performance, prepare responses for stakeholders, and create remediation plans. The role includes mediation or settlement attendance and travel up to 10%.

Administer corporate benefit programs, including enrollments, COBRA, claims, leaves, billing, compliance, audits, and employee inquiries. Coordinate with vendors, carriers, brokers, Payroll, Accounting, and Communications to maintain accurate benefits records and support open enrollment. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, ADA, PPACA, FMLA, and applicable state laws.

Negotiates short sale and deed-in-lieu offers, evaluates property values and loss severity, formulates counteroffers, communicates decisions to borrowers and authorized parties, and submits negotiated files for approval. The role also prepares loss analyses, postpones foreclosure sales when necessary, answers inbound inquiries, and ensures compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations.

Designs, develops, and maintains enterprise databases, ETL workflows, data platforms, reporting systems, and business intelligence solutions. Leads technical design, data integration, automation, troubleshooting, documentation, and production support. Collaborates with stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions. Requires advanced SQL Server, SSIS, T-SQL, and SDLC expertise, with preferred experience in Microsoft BI tools, APIs, cloud data services, and Python or Java.

Prepare, review, and deliver loan modification collateral to agencies and custodians, ensure compliance with HAMP/FHA/VA/USDA/Ginnie Mae requirements, coordinate with third-party vendors for recording and remediation, request delivery extensions as needed, and provide reporting to management.

Manage and process foreclosures across licensed states: log cases, prepare notices, record sales, clear title defects, monitor third-party sites, handle inquiries, review bankruptcies, and support foreclosure-related projects.

Achieve regional sales goals, coach and mentor staff, oversee loan submissions and CRM use, ensure compliance with lending regulations, and support sales forecasting, training, and marketing initiatives. Prepare, file, and follow up on FHA mortgage insurance claims (Conveyance, CWCOT, Pre-Foreclosure Sale) ensuring documentation, quality review corrections, and agency payment. Maintain system records, adhere to agency/investor guidelines, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
