Provides direct nursing care to cardiovascular intensive care unit patients, implements nursing standards and procedures, communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff, and functions as charge nurse when assigned. Maintains age-appropriate care skills, current nursing knowledge, AHA BLS certification, professional conduct, and CarolinaEast customer service standards.

Operates CT equipment and provides age-appropriate patient care under the direction of the CT Supervisor. Follows imaging department policies and procedures, assesses patient needs, delivers required care, and maintains high customer service standards. The role requires radiologic science education, ARRT registration, BLS certification, and eventual CT registry for non-CT-registered hires.

Operate radiographic equipment, provide patient care in the Radiology Department, maintain required certification, and deliver customer service aligned with CarolinaEast standards.

Patrols CarolinaEast Health System facilities, enforces organizational rules, and protects personnel and property within the assigned jurisdiction. This non-certified security role has no arrest powers and requires maintaining a safe, secure environment while providing outstanding customer service aligned with CarolinaEast standards.

Provides direct nursing care to CVICU patients, follows nursing standards and policies, and serves as charge nurse as directed. Responsibilities include assessing age-specific patient needs, communicating effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff, maintaining professional standards, and delivering customer service. Requires an approved nursing education, current North Carolina or compact RN license, knowledge of nursing practices, and current AHA BLS certification.

Provides formal assessments, determines eligibility, and manages home- and community-based services for clients with chronic illness. Coordinates care to prevent or delay institutionalization or support discharge from institutional settings. Requires nursing or social work expertise, knowledge of community resources, strong communication skills, documentation and computer proficiency, and the ability to assess age-specific client needs.

Patrol personnel, property, and facilities within the assigned jurisdiction; enforce CarolinaEast Health System rules and regulations; help maintain a safe and secure environment; and provide customer service consistent with organizational standards. This is a non-certified security role without arrest powers.
