Serves as the corporate office’s first point of contact by answering and triaging calls, providing customer support, directing inquiries, documenting interactions, welcoming visitors, and escalating complex issues. Supports internal office communication and operations while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is an on-site, Monday–Friday position requiring English and Spanish fluency.

Supports daily HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, background checks, employee record maintenance, HRIS data entry, employee inquiries, employment documentation, reporting, audits, and compliance. The role requires knowledge of California and federal employment laws, confidentiality, strong communication and organization, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with HRIS systems. It is a full-time, on-site position in Long Beach.
