Provide substantive paralegal support across real estate, commercial transactions, and complex litigation: draft transactional documents, manage matter files, coordinate due diligence and escrows, support litigation discovery and calendars, conduct statutory and title research, assist with outside counsel and billing, and develop legal operations procedures.

Designs and manages electrical and controls engineering for water and wastewater facilities, including construction drawings, specifications, power distribution calculations, equipment procurement, contract and budget management, construction oversight, technical support for operations, and public or agency presentations.

Lead statewide potable water well delivery program: plan, permit, design, construct, equip, and place new or replacement wells. Establish scalable processes, KPIs, contracting strategies, and team management to deliver ~50 concurrent projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
