Leads the enterprise IT delivery portfolio and matures the EPMO operating model. Oversees governance, demand intake, prioritization, capacity planning, complex technology programs, vendor implementations, regulatory initiatives, portfolio reporting, and delivery risk. Serves as liaison among executives, technical teams, business units, and vendors while developing project and program management talent. Drives Agile and hybrid delivery maturity, forecasting accuracy, transparency, and alignment between technology investments and business objectives.

Administer and secure Microsoft cloud, identity, endpoint, and hybrid infrastructure environments. Manage privileged access, identity lifecycles, security controls, vulnerability remediation, monitoring, logging, automation, and audit evidence. Lead cloud, identity, infrastructure, security, and automation initiatives; maintain documentation and operational procedures; collaborate with stakeholders and vendors; and participate in after-hours incident response and on-call support.

Leads multiple IT projects and programs from initiation through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, vendors, and stakeholder communication. Oversees SDLC adherence, release coordination, documentation, status reporting, and quality standards. Manages and develops delivery teams, resolves conflicts, addresses resource constraints, and improves project management processes. The role requires strong Agile, SDLC, project planning, and cross-functional leadership experience, with Azure DevOps and insurance-domain knowledge preferred.

Leads and develops an Application Development team responsible for enterprise application design, delivery, support, architecture, integrations, and platform enhancements. Establishes engineering standards, quality practices, technical governance, and security compliance. Partners with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate objectives into scalable solutions, oversee delivery priorities, resolve complex technical issues, and drive continuous process improvement. Provides leadership for Duck Creek application development and manages technical talent and performance.

Designs, executes, and maintains manual and automated tests for software applications. Develops functional, integration, and regression test cases; automates reusable test scripts; documents results and defects; collaborates with product, development, and business analysis teams; supports UAT; reviews test coverage; analyzes results; and improves testing processes and automation practices.

Manage month-end/quarter/year-end close, oversee accounting records, audits, reconciliations and financial statement preparation. Improve accounting processes, liaise with auditors and banks, resolve escalations, and lead accounting staff.

Directs finance and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, process improvement, and accounting staff management. Leads financial data governance and analytics, develops performance metrics and executive reporting, analyzes trends and variances, and partners with business units and IT to resolve reporting and data issues. Supports finance leadership with special projects and workflow improvements.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains enterprise applications on the Duck Creek platform. Owns features and enhancements through implementation, resolves defects and performance issues, participates in technical design, performs code reviews, supports CI/CD and deployments, analyzes integrations, and improves engineering practices. Collaborates with analysts, QA, DevOps, and product teams while mentoring junior developers.

Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, support month/quarter/year-end close, analyze variances, produce financial statements, assist audits, liaise with banks, and lead junior accountants.

Handle billing inquiries and premium receipt processing: investigate and resolve payment issues, reconcile bank deposits, process unidentified receipts, prepare correction entries, perform OFAC clearance, track pending items, and maintain documentation. Provide backup support as needed.

This role involves designing, testing, and implementing billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing and compliance, performing user acceptance testing, and analyzing billing transactions for improvements.
