Owns day-to-day marketplace, digital shelf, retail media, and TikTok Shop performance across major retail platforms. Responsibilities include catalog and listing optimization, account health, retail media execution, agency management, creator-commerce coordination, and cross-channel performance reporting. The role establishes marketplace processes, evaluates channel and agency performance, and translates data into recommendations for executive leadership while building Calbee America's digital commerce capabilities.

Leads accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close, U.S. GAAP compliance, financial reporting, cost accounting, tax filings, internal controls, and process improvement. Manages and develops the accounting team while partnering with operations, supply chain, tax, and corporate planning. Provides financial insights to leadership and supports scalable processes in a manufacturing or consumer packaged goods environment.

Lead brand strategy and day-to-day marketing for Harvest Snaps and other Calbee brands. Own brand performance, budgets, forecasting, P&L management, consumer insights, integrated campaigns, innovation, and cross-functional Stage Gate projects. Partner with sales, R&D, finance, supply chain, agencies, and global teams to drive growth, market relevance, profitability, and brand equity. This hybrid role requires at least three onsite days weekly at the Fairfield, California office.
