Client-facing consultant who leads a small team to deliver strategic assessments, organizational development, change management, stakeholder engagement, and implementation plans. Lead and scale Brown and Caldwell's Advisory Services enterprise, setting strategic direction, operating models, governance, and performance metrics. Drive service integration across strategy, digital, and finance practices; oversee talent, budgets, risk, and delivery quality. Champion organizational change to embed advisory capabilities, support complex client engagements, and grow the business while ensuring enterprise alignment and measurable outcomes.

Lead delivery of large, complex water/wastewater capital programs. Oversee program teams, strategy, budget controls, schedule, risk, quality, stakeholder engagement, and change management. Mentor staff, interface with senior clients and public officials, and ensure programs meet strategic objectives and performance targets.

Lead administrative project support: manage documents, schedule and run meetings, track action items and deliverables, set up collaboration platforms (SharePoint/MS Teams), create workflows, prepare presentations, develop onboarding and H&S documentation, mentor team members, and audit records to ensure accuracy.

Maintain and improve marketing systems, content libraries, and data quality to support business development and proposals. Assist system upgrades, data governance, process improvements, competitor research, and proposal document preparation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support testing and configuration, and help communicate strategic messaging. Build proficiency in content management, marketing systems, and proposal support.

Lead and manage processes to secure state and federal grants for capital infrastructure projects. Develop funding strategies, complete applications and documentation, lead funding teams, mentor junior staff, and provide strategic municipal finance and market insights to ensure funding is obtained.

Lead technical work on biosolids thickening, dewatering, and thermal process projects. Perform analysis, modeling, and design; produce reports, plans, specifications, and P&IDs; support business development; mentor staff; develop technical standards and training; and collaborate nationally to deliver solutions for municipal and private-sector clients.

Lead and advance external funding programs for client capital initiatives, guiding grant acquisition and application processes, building client and agency relationships, managing teams, subcontracts, compliance, and strategic funding operations to support growth and client satisfaction.

The Process Mechanical Designer will assist in the design of mechanical piping and equipment layouts for water and wastewater facilities, ensure accuracy in project specifications, and develop detailed mechanical drawings.

Lead client growth strategy and manage a portfolio of technology-sector clients in environmental engineering. Drive pursuit leadership, cross-functional alignment, profitable delivery, and team mentorship while spending regular time in client engagement and achieving revenue, margin, and backlog targets.

Design and develop electrical systems and drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, including cable tray, conduit, lighting, devices, and circuit layouts. Coordinate cross-discipline models, manage equipment/panel schedules, ensure regulatory and project requirements are met, and mentor junior staff. Work with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment within engineer-defined scope.

Support design team with coordination of deliverables, specification production, QA/QC documentation, project schedules, collaboration sites, construction administration tasks, and basic project management under moderate supervision.

Support Maui post-disaster recovery by managing and developing project data systems, building backend database structures, updating website front-ends, and producing internal and external data metrics and visualizations to inform project leads, improve forecasting, and enable transparent, resilient infrastructure decision-making.
