Partner with operational leaders across industrial locations to resolve workplace concerns, mitigate legal and compliance risks, and promote a fair, safe, and accountable workplace culture. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and approximately 10% travel between company sites.

Supports the COO and operational leadership through operational reporting, data analysis, KPI tracking, project coordination, executive administration, vendor communications, purchasing support, compliance documentation, and process improvement across multiple operating locations.
