Lead two engineering squads building Breezeway's property operations product. Hire, coach, and grow engineers; own planning, delivery, and cross-squad coordination; set technical direction, architecture guidance, and engineering quality; partner with Product and Design to translate roadmap into executed work.

Build and ship full‑stack product features on a Python/Flask backend and React frontend. Design REST/GraphQL APIs, work with SQLAlchemy and relational data models, integrate LLM/AI features, use async task queues (Celery), and collaborate with product, design, and engineers to deliver reliable, well-tested features end-to-end.

Own the full sales cycle for short-term rental and hospitality property managers: prospect, qualify, demo, and close SaaS deals. Collaborate with SDRs and internal teams, maintain HubSpot pipeline and forecasts, meet revenue goals, and travel quarterly for in-person meetings and events.

The Sales Development Representative will prospect Spanish-speaking clients, generate leads, and collaborate with the Sales team while meeting performance goals.

Own technical SEO and content operations to grow organic revenue: manage site architecture, internal linking, redirects, schema, and crawl health; run audits with Ahrefs/GSC/Screaming Frog; build content briefs and workflows (Clearscope/AirOps); manage content calendar, keyword mapping, backlink outreach, and GA4 conversion tracking; collaborate with demand generation, dev, and writers to scale an SEO-driven content engine.
