Own multiple complex new product development programs from concept through retail launch. Lead cross-functional teams, manage integrated timelines, costs, scope, risks, and phase-gate milestones. Facilitate executive alignment, communicate project status and trade-offs, resolve conflicts, and drive decisions without formal authority. Help establish PMO standards, tools, processes, and continuous-improvement practices within a newly formed project management organization.

Supports integrated brand marketing across digital advertising, PR, social media, influencer, website, email, and content channels. Manages project timelines, product seeding, samples, events, creative assets, reporting, asset libraries, competitive analysis, presentations, and process improvements. Coordinates with internal teams, agencies, and vendors while taking ownership of select marketing projects.

Provides professional front-desk support by answering and directing calls, welcoming visitors, maintaining reception areas, processing mail and shipments, managing office shipping supplies, and supporting customer orders and employee sample requests. Coordinates with customers and internal teams to resolve order issues while maintaining accurate records, strong organization, and a professional office environment.

Manage high-volume AP processing (5,000+ invoices/month) for domestic and international vendors, match POs, enter invoices, reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, assist month-end close, respond to vendor/internal inquiries, and produce ad hoc Excel reports using VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

Drive channel-specific business plans across assigned retail channels and accounts. Support assortment, pricing, promotions, and commercialization of new products. Analyze POS and syndicated data to track performance, recommend actions, and develop customer presentations. Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to improve revenue, margin, and promotional effectiveness while managing day-to-day commercial activities.

Provide administrative and operational support to leaders and teams by coordinating calendars, meetings, travel, and expense processes; preparing correspondence and materials; maintaining records and office supplies; supporting facilities and visitor management; and assisting with events and special projects to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.

Lead end-to-end demand forecasting and S&OP demand pillar, align Sales/Marketing/Finance/Operations, improve forecast accuracy, manage forecasting KPIs, mentor demand planning team, support scenario modeling and system optimization to balance demand, inventory, and service objectives.
