The Tax Director will oversee tax compliance and consulting for flow-through clients, manage engagements, mentor staff, and develop innovative financial strategies.

Lead HR functions for Price Transfer with a focus on employee relations, workplace investigations, policy development, compliance, and coaching. Serve as a mentor to HR teams, partner with operations and executive leadership, and maintain confidentiality while supporting HR operations in a logistics and transportation environment.

Lead corporate tax engagements for C-corporations and consolidated groups: oversee federal/state multistate compliance, research complex tax issues, provide ASC 740 and transaction-related technical guidance, mentor staff, support business development, and contribute to practice growth.
