Leads presales scoping, develops technical documentation and repeatable solutions, supports sales and customer success teams, presents to technical and executive audiences, and serves as a trusted advisor throughout customer engagements.

Lead technical engagement for enterprise accounts: research customer problems, own technical wins, design and deliver demos/solutions across the Box product suite, manage extended deal teams, communicate architecture and security, and support field events. Travel up to 50% and work hybrid from assigned office.
