Manage complex commercial security and low-voltage construction projects from scoping through commissioning. Lead BAS programmer responsible for developing custom DDC logic and configuring Compass/Envision GUIs. Integrate third-party protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks), tune software, interpret contract documents, select equipment, mentor junior staff, support estimation and project coordination, and provide ongoing service engineering and documentation.

Design and review integrated low-voltage security and AV systems (access control, IP video, intrusion, DAS). Produce drawings, wiring diagrams, construction documents, specifications, and relay settings. Conduct site surveys, test new products, support sales/installation teams, deliver technical presentations, and mentor junior designers/engineers.

Design, deploy, and maintain server, storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure supporting physical security and AV platforms. Build integrations, automation, and scripts; troubleshoot, plan upgrades, produce procedures and documentation; mentor technicians and support sales, PMO, and cross-functional teams.
