Leads complex public health consulting engagements from strategy through implementation. Responsibilities include integrated work planning, team coordination, client facilitation, quality assurance, scope and budget management, risk mitigation, executive communications, and incorporating evaluation findings into ongoing strategy. The role also supports client relationship management, business development, and the integration of communications and engagement practices into organizational workflows and governance.

The Chief of Staff partners with executive leadership to operationalize firm-wide strategy, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage capacity planning, oversee performance metrics, and improve leadership effectiveness. Responsibilities include facilitating executive meetings, supervising senior staff, coordinating proposal pipelines, aligning recruiting and resource plans with business development, managing organizational dashboards, supporting client and partner engagement, and leading internal communications and culture initiatives. The role is remote within the U.S. with approximately 10–15% travel.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Associate and Senior Associate roles, maintain ATS records, support onboarding/offboarding, assist people operations (handbooks, process improvements, performance management), and lead culture and employee engagement initiatives including surveys, internal communications, and events.
