Drive new commercial insurance business within an assigned region through networking, inside/outside sales, trade association involvement, and events. Use CRM (Salesforce) to track leads, present proposals, meet sales KPIs, and represent the company at tradeshows and promotional activities.

Drive new business by developing and executing sales strategy, building relationships, attending industry events, generating leads, preparing proposals, and documenting activities in Salesforce. Requires frequent regional travel and 3+ years outside sales experience. Commission-heavy role with base salary and OTE.
