Leads BlueCat’s global Mid-Market sales organization across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Owns go-to-market strategy, bookings and ACV targets, pipeline generation, forecasting, partner-led sales, coverage models, quota capacity, and regional execution. Develops sales leaders and teams, establishes activity-based operating rhythms, drives new-logo acquisition and account expansion, and collaborates cross-functionally to support scalable growth. Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and travels frequently worldwide.

Manage a shared portfolio of B2B SaaS customers through prioritized, signal-driven engagement. Responsibilities include onboarding, adoption, product demonstrations, technical enablement, troubleshooting coordination, value realization, churn-risk detection, renewal readiness, cross-sell identification, and rigorous documentation. The role requires managing multiple customer conversations, maintaining accurate Totango and Salesforce records, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes, and collaborating with Support, Product, Renewals, and Sales teams.

Leads a pooled Customer Success team supporting a shared portfolio of customers. The manager coaches CSMs, manages coverage and capacity, drives onboarding, adoption, renewals, retention, and expansion, and establishes repeatable customer success plays. They use portfolio health metrics, CRM and customer success tooling, documentation standards, and automation to improve scalability. The role also partners with Sales, Renewals, Support, Product, and Professional Services to address customer risks and improve the overall customer journey.

Lead the engineering organization for BlueCat’s Network Observability product line. Own technical strategy, architecture, roadmap, delivery, and operational excellence for data-intensive network monitoring platforms spanning SaaS and on-premise deployments. Build AI-driven observability capabilities, modernize legacy systems, establish engineering standards, and develop distributed teams. Partner with product, executive leadership, customers, sales, and support to achieve business goals and resolve strategic technical issues.
